The Traditional Native American Flute -
Using the Chromatic Method Book One
Books will be handed out the first day of class. Book covers rudiments of music, finger chart, instructions for playing the flute, studying notes, interval exercises, chromatic exercises, playing your own
song, as well as many transcribed songs.
Book also comes with a play along Cd
that includes two versions:
One with Vince playing along and one
that allows you to play on your own.
Each student is given a Native American
Style flute. Flutes are made by Vince's
Father-in-law Ernie @ www.erniejwoodworking.com.
Each flute is tuned in F#.
Students will be able to pick from
a variety of color and fetishes choices.
Fleece drawstring bags are also included.
Depending on the school rules students
may be able to keep flutes after
completion of the Native Flute Class.
Beaded flute wraps are a wonderful accessory for the Native Flute.
These flute wraps are handmade on a loom with size 15mm beads than hand sewn onto buckskin.
